Wessex cater hire is a family business run by Jon and Christine Cooper and their team of enthusiastic staff. We have a huge range of china, cutlery, glassware, furniture and linen. We can supply you with everything you need for your event from chairs and napkins to champagne flutes and candelabra’s.
We have a showroom here with plenty of place settings to inspire you. We would be happy to show you the stock and help plan your event. Give us a call to let us know your coming and we’ll put the kettle on!
If you haven’t got the facilities to wash up, or you just can’t face it, let us do it for you! For just 4p per item we will pick up everything from your event dirty. Just scrape the food off the plates and shove them back in the boxes. What could be easier?
If you don't have the time (or suitable transport) to pick up your order we are happy to deliver & collect it for you. Your order will be delivered the day before your event and collected the day after (or monday for weekend functions). Let us have the post code of the venue and we can give you a price.
Premium Delivery Service
For an additional £50 we can deliver your order an extra day early so that you have everything for another 24 hours giving you loads of time to put the finishing touches to your event.
If you are a caterer, or organise a lot of events, we would be happy to open a trade account for you. We will need two trade references and a bank reference. Please allow one month to set up your account. As long as your account is kept up to date, trade prices will apply to your orders.
Pricing And Payment
All prices are subject to vat at the current rate. We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit /debit card.
